Ffmpeg custom Makefile

Hi there, ffmpeg, ffprobe, ffserver [and now ffplay, added necessary entries] can be built now in the custom version. Ted Hess (thank you very much) sent me a Makefile for that purpose. I have adapted it to build a custom configuration that I needed. I also modified Config.in accordingly. So far the Makefile works (with the variable DISPLAYMENUS=n). With DISPLAYMENUS=y the menus work very nice, but it has no function (it needs fixing, it would be nice having them working). I included for the …

Thank you jeff, good news are that Ive compiled ffmpeg 4.1 with Openwrt for MIPS/MT7620 and its working well. Bad news are that Im still having the same problem. I even reported a bug to ffmpeg. They asked me to try with current head git but I dont know how to do it,maybe you know ?
