New LED behavior - MX60W

I upgraded from an older snapshot to OpenWrt SNAPSHOT r9847-fa8d5ad21b - on a Meraki MX60W.

I noticed that the switch port LEDs now flash with network activity.

I cannot track down what commit changed this behavior, can someone provide the link?
