or better leave it as default

this function didn't exist before, I just don't know what it is, tell me what value to set, and then I'll figure it out myself
I think many users don't know this
is this the total amount of RAM allocated to processors, for example 128 or what is it?

if you would have "needed" it, it would have already been configured, no ?

you do know your router will become 2x faster, if you put it in the microwave at 800W, for 5 mins, right ?

Which setting do you refer to? Could you post an UCI snippet or a screenshot from luci, please?

Funny, but honestly not really productive/actionable... :wink:

I would guess this is one of the configuration options that are not an unconditional win (those tend to get enabled by default), so maybe run a few tests of your typical loads with and without that setting....

And what version of OpenWrt are you running?

I've never seen such a tab. Furthermore, the "Global Settings" tab is nonexistent.

Aside that it tells you?

I'm just setting up a router for a guy, I need to give it to him already, but I still don't know what it is
i wanted to ask back in December, but I thought maybe someone else would ask and no one asked)
i didn't find any information about this
i understood that this is for services, but I just didn’t understand specifically why and what value to set and whether it makes sense

it's for moving data between services running on the router, hence Network Guide Streams (RPS) - #9 by frollic.
