Need help uploading openwrt itb to QNAP QHora-301W

I tried to do an attended-sysupgrade on my QNAP QHora-301W. I waited over an hour to reboot, and when I did it didn't load openwrt. I attached a serial cable and booted. I need to make sure I have the correct file to load and i need some insrtuctions on loading the file.

Can someone help me?

Is your TFTP server running correctly? Since it 'dies', according to your bootloader.

I'll check it and post the results.

I had to sleep. I noticed this while scanning through output from the SOC. It look like I do have the kernel loaded, but possibly not correct Uboot variables to run properly. Can I get someone to look and see if that is correct?

I'm not sure what I did to get here, but something is running. I tried my username root/openwrt password and failed to log in.

I have too much data that I'm trying to send here. I need another wat to send this:

I'd say you're connected to the wrong box.

I haven't changed my connections, so I couldn't have.

I really think you should restart the install procedure as documented in https://github.com/openwrt/openwrt/commit/bd17683261e1dde1fdd4223745852de1ce8cfc89, not because there's a problem with your uboot, but with the image installed.

I wouldn't however use a snapshot, but latest stable -

You're still booting a snapshot image, not a stable release.

Check the uboot values you're supposed to set, in the git commit.

As for the right ones, I don't own the device, sorry.
You could however ask the people in Adding OpenWrt support for QNAP QHora-301W about them.
