Multiple Sierra Wireless 4g routers connecting to Wireguard

Hello,
I have a few Sierra Wireless 4g routers. I installed Wireguard on a Ubuntu server in AWS. I was able to get one to connect but no other router wants to connect. Can wireguard only support 1 router connection at a time. I am confused as I was able to get all of them to connect(not at the same time) but now only one is connecting. Any help is appreciated.
