Multiple RAM variants

I have a version of https://openwrt.org/toh/hwdata/blueendless/blueendless_u35wf which seems to differ from the norm in that it has 128MB RAM instead of the 'normal' 64MB RAM version. This is not hardware modified by myself to add extra RAM as it came this way from its box.

My issue is that I now have 2 of these 128MB variants and am not able to select multiple RAM choices in the wiki to update the documentation. What is the correct way to document this variant?

Any hardware version or revision information stated on the label or on the box?

Does it still say v2?

Correct, there were no discernible differences between the hardware by looking at the boards, the labels are all the same. The only difference is that my original (old) version only has 64MB while my 2 new ones have 128MB each..
