Not sure what you exactly want to measure, but the d-link-dap-x1860, which is a mt7621 + mt7915 dbdc device works pretty well with master snapshots 
Getting ~ 300 Mbits/sec tx and rx with 802.11ax through two walls, when configured as repeater with relayd. Bi-directional iperf3 tests fall off a little, but still good enough for me. See here for performance tests: OpenWrt Support for D-Link DAP-X1860. I will upload my excel sheet one of these days with further results of some more tests I did.

tested & a little problem 2.4 GHz is with mt7622 !!
no this device have a dbdc card let me fix that. it's just luci app that show mt7622 i'll fix it later, for now we need look at drivers first
