I've managed to install openwrt on MikroTik RBD53iG-5HacD2HnD.
There are some things I've noticed during installation which may require updates on wiki and other instructions:

https://openwrt.org/toh/hwdata/mikrotik/mikrotik_rbd53ig-5hacd2hnd_hap_ac contains dead link to Firmware OpenWrt Upgrade URL. I believe https://downloads.openwrt.org/releases/23.05.0/targets/ipq40xx/mikrotik/openwrt-23.05.0-ipq40xx-mikrotik-mikrotik_hap-ac3-squashfs-sysupgrade.bin is proper one (at least that one worked for me)

https://openwrt.org/toh/mikrotik/common says: ' OpenWrt is not compatible with the bootloader of RouterOS v7 or v6.46 or above.' As I was unable to downgrade to v6, I tried with v7 and it worked. So I dare to say this warning isn't valid anymore.

I ran into this issue: No Wireless Mikrotik RBD53iG-5HacD2HnD so maybe it is worth to mention it on device's page until it is fixed
