Well you dont really have a choice, solution for your issue is to rebase my branch onto master to get the current local packages
any idea when this will become officially supported by openwrt?
As soon as I have enough time to rebase this whole patch series, clean it up again and adress all of the potential remarks.

I am trying to build a custom firmware for my device Mikrotik RB450Gx4 IPQ4019.
I need to build my own firmware including openvpn, kmod-tun. The reason I am not using the firmware from openwrt website is because I get error on installing kmod-tun and openvpn.
I have compiled generic ipq40xx but no image is compatible with mikrotik.

Your issue is that packages that are defined localy as iwinfo are too old for those that are pulled from git.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but he should be able to pull appropriate snapshots of packages from the time of your latest branch.
Yes, if he find the commit hash from around that time and sets that in feeds
I'm doing a test build at the moment, so I'll post the hashes if/once it completes without errors.

Guys, that branch is a dead one and there is no RB450Gx4.
Use RB450Gx4-rebase-sdhci branch, thats the last one and has full SD card support
