Managed switch doesn’t show up in the network

Is the switch connected to the 192.168.1.x LAN?

If yes, then you either have to set a static IP address in the range 192.168.1.x manually on your Netgear switch, or turn on DHCP client on the switch so the DHCP server can assign a new 192.168.1.x IP address to the switch.

If the switch is not attached to the 192.168.1.x LAN, please provide more information. A diagram might be helpful.
