Luci-app-adblock not working after restart

Hi Friends!!! After restart router adblock struck with running page as below.

Installed tcpdump. And tried with service adblock restart cmd. Still it's not working and struck with running page. Could anyone help or suggest here pls.

Device -al Archer A7-v5
Openwrt version - 22.3.02

after restarting adlock 300s on startup its fixed
