Login into ONU device using openwrt

I'm not redirecting to my ONU's login page. At stock I had set my ONU's Default gateway at a secondary connection after doing this setting I could get into it. But After flashing openwrt, I can't set it like before

I'm not sure how the provided screenshot is helpful with accomplishing your desired setup.
