I'd try removing the MAC address filtering.

Hi,
My tests were done before the filter was put. It is a filter for another PC.

NOTE: I can connect if encryption is turned OFF.
It only suffers if encryption is turned ON.

I'm not really seeing anything wrong. Does it work with other routers?

Also, Android 8 is ancient... it would make sense to use a newer version (if available on your device) or more modern hardware.

True but

2.4Ghz with encryption OFF works perfect.
5Ghz with encryption ON or OFF works perfect .

Kind of tells me something is going wrong with encryption enabled. Only on 2.4Ghz.

Do you where the logs are stored?

log_file string no no log file File to write log messages to (type file). The default is to not write a log in a file. The most often used location for a system log file is /var/log/messages.

logread will dump them for you.
