So im using OpenWRT on most of my hardware that is my wireless APs, all ubiquiti, mainly because its supports VLAN tagging and trunking. I dont do any other routing or anything with these APs.
One pain is managing this setup. Thats the one thing I miss about the ubiquti is I could deploy a single SSID at the click of the button and all APs would be broadcasting this new SSID. Would be nice if the same could be said for the VLANs and Trunks etc.
So, I stumbled across LibreMesh. Has anyone used this before and how does it work? This looks perfect for what I need and looks to be based on OpenWRT.
Would love to hear your feedback and thoughts on this one.
