Joowin CF-EW72, a Comfast clone

Note there seems exist a v2 of the Comfast device now, using a MediaTek SoC - Support for Comfast CF-EW72/MT7621 - #20 by Nmebowen, this thread is about v1.

This is probably a Comfast clone, but I'll put some info about it here, just for reference.

Preinstalled stock fw v1.2.

Openwrts fw for the Comfast CF-EW72 works in the stock web UI, but the
settings aren't wiped.The device will boot openwrt, but the password isn't reset,
and the device is still reachable on it's factory IP- 192.168.10.1.
