Issue on TP-LINK-MR6400 V1

Hello
when i trying install firmware on TP-LINK-MR6400 V1, i see below errors

this file: openwrt-ath79-generic-tplink_tl-mr6400-v1-squashfs-factory.bin
show this error:

and this one file: openwrt-22.03.2-ath79-generic-tplink_tl-mr6400-v1-squashfs-factory.bin
and: openwrt-22.03.2-ath79-generic-tplink_tl-mr6400-v1-squashfs-sysupgrade.bin
show this error:

first please let me know which file should i install? then kindly please let me know why i receive this errors?
