Isolate all computers except OMV

I am just trying to see if theres a way to make any computer that connects to the LAN to only see my media storage (OMV) and never any other computer on that network.
I was hoping there is a clever way to do this so I do not have to create a vlan each and every time I add a new computer to the network.

I know GLinet and some VPN programs have that "allow/disable local traffic" and was hoping there is a package maybe that does something close to that

I saw how you can at least isolate all devices with this post but its not exactly what I am going for.

If the network is Wifi only, there is an option to isolate the clients.
If it is also wired, it get more difficult, as you would have to have a managed switch with capabilities to blocking arp packets.
