I would just like to get confirmation that everything here looks reasonable and I am not misunderstanding any particular setting or using them nonsensically.
In the absence of any details about your goals, sure it looks fine. Nothing stands out as problematic, provided that all of the networks should have access to the internet and that the lan can initiate connections to 2 of your other network zones, but not vice versa (and the backhouse zone is isolated aside from internet access).
This assumes you haven't created any rules beyond what is seen here, of course.
