Is there efficient way to limit youtube bandwidth?

hello,

i tried to mark the packets using youtube.com as source ip in iptables and limit bandwidth using traffic shaping but i can't cover all youtube ips is there extension in iptables that uses keywords all could cover all youtubes ip ?

i added this server=/c.youtube.com/127.0.0.1#1919 to dnsmasq.conf
and then added ipset -N youtube iphash and finally start ipset-dns : ipset-dns youtube youtube 1919 8.8.8.8 but there is no ip added to ipset did i missed something ?
