IPSEC vpn on latest build

Im running the latest build on wrt1200ac v2, Is there a way to enable IPSEC VPN tunnel to a cloud provider?

Would your recommend racoon or strongswan today?

strongswan is alive and kicking, racoon died over a decade ago.
