Installing wpad-mini - error

I get an error at this stage
$ opkg install wpad-mini

Installing wpad-mini (2018-05-21-62566bc2-7) to root...
Collected errors:
 * check_conflicts_for: The following packages conflict with wpad-mini:
 * check_conflicts_for: 	wpad-basic * 
 * opkg_install_cmd: Cannot install package wpad-mini.

can I remove the package : wpad-basic , to install wpad-mini ?
what are the differences in these packages

The wpad-mini package has less features than the wpad-basic one so it makes no sense to install it if you already have wpad-basic on the device. Simply continue with the linked guide without installing wpad-mini.

Those are very old instructions, from before wpad-basic existed.

I don't see why anything special needs to be done with wifi to set up for Tor.
