With IE11 you have some options are greyed or not exist by exemple when program relayd/stabridge cannot choice relay between network

With Google Chrome not this problem

In general, you probably shouldn't use Internet Explorer for much of anything. The only reason it is still around is that Microsoft can't kill it due to its being shipped with Windows 10 and under that support agreement. IE 11 presently has under 3% of the global market share and the rest of IE is, as far as I know, no longer supported by Microsoft.
