Why ifconfig shows interface that not exist ?
ifconfig works according to /etc/config/network isn't it ?
wwan0 should not be exist.

Not really. ifconfig, which is being replaced by ip , shows all physical/virtual interfaces found in your device.
uci configuration file , the /etc/config/network , has all the logical interfaces which you have configured either with uci commands or from luci web interface.
