I cannot acces openwrt gui in browser neither ssh

i installed these packages into my router as i saw a guide on how to install nord vpn in your openwrt (i saw it on the nord vpn website)

  1. openvpn-openssl
  2. ip-full
  3. luci-app-openvpn
    Then later going throught the guide i saw that i actualy need an account and pay for it and i said forget about it and quit and uninstalled the packages and when i refreshed the webpage i get this

    I saw similar issues and tried to get in with ssh but it also does not work i might have disabled it ?
    i keep getting conection refused
    i am using TL-WR1043N v5 with open wrt 23.05.2 any ideea on how i can get acces back ? , whould the reset button on the router work ?

The easiest method to recover is to use failsafe mode and reset from there:

i hold presed the reset button on the router now it works , i did not understant how to get into that failsafe
