I created a Molex cable following the instructions in this link. However, I can't access the MA5671A via Teraterm or terminal. I’m using USB TTL adapters (CP2102 and CH341A), but I only see a black screen. The SFP module heats up when I connect to TTL, but I can't interact with it. Reversing TX and RX outputs strange characters, indicating the SFP is active:

The device is not officially supported by OpenWRT
You have something wrong, check connections, for me worked without problem.
Maybe it is short circuited somehow yielding heat.
when i connect it for about 5 minutes it starts to heat up, maybe i will try again with another molex port, is there any possibility that the SFP will fail completely when i reverse the TX and RX?
