HTTPS DNS Proxy and failover

Hi OpenWrt users

I am new to openwrt an have an openwrt one hardware with version 24.10.1 installed.

I got MultiWAN Manager and HTTPS DNS Proxy /2025.03.13-r1 as well as Adblock

everything is working, however when I simulate a wan outage and failover to LTE happens and I can ping 8.8.8.8 etc, dns stopes working.

I cannot resolve anything nslookup shows nothing

when I go to HTTPS DNS Proxy and click restart service it immediately starts working

is that a bug? can HTTPS DNS Proxy be restarted automatically pn a failover event?

You can add a hotpluug script , restarting or reloading dns proxy when mobile connection goes up and down
