How to tell modemmanager eth3 (rndis) and ttyUSB3 is a modem

Hello
i have a WWAN modem FM350-gl connectet over usb and i wan do manage it over modemmanger.
how can i tell modemmanger that should use eth3 (rndis) and /dev/ttyUSB3 (AT port) for the modemconnection?
i have read normal i can use /lib/udev/rules.d/77-mm-fibocom-port-types.rules but on openwrt udev not exist so modemmanger not find my modem

I don't think ModemManager supports this modem in the given configuration (USB+RNDIS). From what I see this modem needs to be connected to PCI bus first, then MM will be able to talk MBIM to it. What you can probably do right now is remove MM, manually initiate connection from a terminal and read IP address(es), then manually configure the interface with the IP obtained from the modem. If you're comfortable with scripting you can probably automate this procedure.

in PCIe mode the modem canote be used after a reboot anymore. the error still exist on linux and windows. under windows i download a new driver with new firmware version but the driver will not install the firmware update (HP Variant).

the usb interface still work after a reboot so i want use usb.
in the file /lib/udev/rules.d/77-mm-fibocom-port-types.rules
i can see the Fibocom L610 use rndis with modemmanger i have copy it to add my card but this file is for use with udev and openwrt not use udev so its not trigger
