How to remove OpenDNS on my router

Hello,
I have a question on how could I remove OpenDNS off my router, it is being currently a forced DNS throughout the network, and if please this is possible through LuCI, that would be appreciated, if not, SSH is ok, too!

I've tried this but it still is working

If the upstream router intercepts DNS requests, then it would not work. You need to look into using DoT, DoH, or VPN. This could be one way: https://openwrt.org/docs/guide-user/services/dns/dot_dnsmasq_stubby
