How to install current luci-app-wireguard from Github?

Hi,

we're running OpenWRT 18.06.2 on amd64 and we need a newer version of luci-app-wireguard with QR-code creation for Android devices.
Is there any way to install luci-app-wireguard from Github (e.g. custom feeds)?

Just download the current snapshot app here: https://downloads.openwrt.org/snapshots/packages/x86_64/luci/
