round-robin and tune timing parameters; do not know if stubby supports though.

stubby worked for a while but speed was way to slow it was throttling my network speed as like if it was a vpn so i had to blow it

You need to make those rather slow non-caching proxies as upstreams of dnsmasq.

how so? is any guide for that?

https://openwrt.org/docs/guide-user/services/dns/stubby
similar, just diverge in local ports to use for connection to dnscrypt or dns-http-proxy.

im too noob for that, i just cant disable caching?

The big brother to subby (unbound) works fine, but I use with dnsmasq in parallel mode.

https://github.com/openwrt/packages/blob/master/net/stubby/files/README.md - this one is much better.

You can also try smartdns see:

how can i tell if its working?

By trying to configure your router.

... I'm using it right now (DNSSEC checking is disabled in stubby and enabled in dnsmasq).

i tried stubby but it was not working and when i tried to make it work, it was too slow i think is the cache, how can i disable the cache?

Slow? How slow? Did you benchmark it?
