How to configure Openvpn for all host accept for one host

Hello every body.
I have openwrt on my ASUS RT-AC58U. I had configure OpenVPN with tun0 interface. When I activate this interface, all traffic pass through this interface.
But I have an host (192.168.1.100) who I want to access from outside my lan. If I activate OpenVPN, I can't not access to this host from outside.
Does somebody can help my to configure OpenWRT to have OpenVPN for all hosts of my lan except for this host? Does I need to create a special route? I am newbie to the computer network!

Thanks I add the IP address in VPN Policy-Based Routing with WAN interface and it's work.
