How set ar934x to get work with full N standart 300,because now stuck on 65?

Hello,have router tp-link WR843ND with OpenWrt/LEDE 17.01.6 and little problem that wifi n standart stuck on 65mb/s instead of 300mb/s as show in LuCi ,possible to fix ?

                 * max A-MPDU length exponent
                 * min MPDU start spacing

Client having 2x2 MIMO (with a 2x2 AP, which the WR843 is) will double the rate. Most phones do not have 2x2 MIMO.

Going from 20 to 40 MHz will again double the rate. In the 2 GHz band, the AP and all of the clients must agree to operate at 40 MHz. There can be no neighboring APs that would interfere with 40 MHz. 40 MHz operation in the 2 GHz band should be considered sales hype, it is very seldom possible in the real world.
