How do downgrade from 21.02, Netgear EX3700?

i want to go back from 21.02.0 to 19.07.8.
When i try to flash the 19.07.8 firmware i get:

How can i go back to 19.07 ?
I have made a backup while the router was running with 19.07.8

Are you using the sysupgrade firmware file?
Uncheck the KEEP SETTINGS AND RETAIN CURRENT CONFIGURATION

Yes, i use openwrt-19.07.8-ramips-mt7620-ex3700-ex3800-squashfs-sysupgrade.bin.
