How can I run nfa765 a 6GHz AP?

I have my nanopi R5C and a nfa765a wireless adapter connects to the nvme connector on that board.
Now I am able to AP at 5GHz, with 802.11ax. I can also select something like 7115MHz, but the ap will never setup.
Also I checked iw list, results looks fine?

I thought if a channel forbidden in regulation country, it will be marked out by iw list, is that correct? Then why iw list complains nothing, but I still can not transmit?

Did I miss something here? Appreciate your help.

Did you manage to get the QCNFA765 to work? I am thinking about getting one.

It seems worked. I used a different pre-built image from someone else. I set 6GHz in openwrt luci ui and it works.

I can see that SSID on my ax210 laptop, but can't connect to it.
My android phone won't see it.

I am currently in China and due to regulation restrictions, our devices are not allowed to use 6GHz. You may get some luck if you are in those contries allow 6 GHz.
