How can I flashing Linksys WRT3200ACM firmware on WRT32X, I try to use web to install WRT3200ACM firmware but said upload failed. thanks ~~~

No you can't.

While the hardware is nearly identical, the flash partitioning[0] isn't.

[0] from a purely technical point of view this can be changed, that's however a very risky business and requires a deeper understanding of the topic on your side - for no reason at all, as OpenWrt offers dedicated wrt32x firmware images and functionality is 100% identical between both.
