How can i access the UART?

i flashed this router td-w8961n with the wrong firmware and i want to access UART (J521 look at the picture) without any additional part
CPU :MT7505(550MhZ)
Wireless Chip :MT7592
DSL AFE :MT7550

I´d start with a serial console @j521 to see whats going on

If you like to access JTAG (where on the PCB?), you´ll need a JTAG interface...
Additional hardware is always required, and serial console is the cheapest
