Hostapd error on 23.05 RC

Hi,
I'm starting to migrate my APs to the new 23.05 and I'm recording an issue at startup with wpad-mbedtls

I need a full featured IEEE 802.1x cause I'm using RADIUS for wifi authentication. No issues with 22.03 and wpad-wolfssl
It seems the problem is inside '/var/run/hostapd-phy0.conf', somebody already met the same error and maybe can help me?
My router is NETGEAR R6220
