I just installed Openwrt 19.07.1 and noticed that the USB port is not working at all.

What does "lsusb" report?

I was going to say that you installed basic USB support, and you probably need to install support for your specific devices. But your device seems full, plus there are some weird errors when you run "opkg". I think you need to fix this before the USB support.

Thanks for your replay.

It is difficult to recover from overfilling the overlay other than a re-flash or firstboot and start over.

The only USB host hardware driver needed for the MT7621 is xhci and it is installed and working properly, as shown by the "new SuperSpeed device" log when you plug the device in. Next a specific driver would take control of the device, for example kmod-usb-storage or kmod-usb-storage-uas if it is a flash drive / hard drive. These specific drivers are not included in the release build, they would be installed later according to your use case.
