Help with restoring Arcer C7 V5

Hallo, I've been trying to reinstall the TP-Link Firmware to my Archer C7 VS. I first tried just using the web interface of OpenWrt by uploading the firmware, but this didn't work and now I am only able to turn the router on.

I've used Tftpserver app for Mac and the mac built in tftp server but the ArcherC7v5_tp_recovery.bin is not being loaded when rebooting the device and holding down reset.

I don't know how to include a log from windshark, but I see this line a bit:
02:41:48.429840 00:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX > ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff, ethertype ARP (0x0806), length 60: Ethernet (len 6), IPv4 (len 4), Request who-has 192.168.0.66 tell 192.168.0.86, length 46
02:41:48.433623 38:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX > ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff, ethertype ARP (0x0806), length 42: Ethernet (len 6), IPv4 (len 4), Probe who-has 192.168.0.66 tell 0.0.0.0, length 28

I have already renamed "sudo arp -s 192.168.0.66" to my MAC address.

Could anyone please help me get my router back working?

Thanks

Did you actively set your computer's IP address to 192.168.0.66? This is the preferred method to use the tftp recovery, not the arp rewriting.

Yes, the problem occurred when I was configuring the server with the IP address 192.168.0.66. I deactivated the DHCP settings to manually enter the IP address, which led to an unanswered ARP request because the router was expecting DHCP to be activated.
