I installed the software software openwrt-18.06.1-ar71xx-generic-tl-wr1043nd-v1-squashfs-factory.bin - then I updated it to openwrt-18.06.1-ar71xx-generic-tl-wr1043nd-v1-squashfs-sysupgrade.bin.

I have created 2.4GHz WIFI frequency - normal, but I can not enable the frequency of 5GHZ - can someone help me, in the TP-LINK software I have always used the 2.4 ghz for some devices and 5Ghz for others type NETFLIX - IPTV etc ... and I use a lot, because 2.4 144mbps only and 5GHz is 390mbps - I have another router that I will exchange software with OpenWRT - the model is TP-LINK

The hardware (one single-band radio) of your TL-WR1043NDv1 only supports the 2.4 GHz band, neither with the OEM firmware nor OpenWrt (this is a hardware limitation, not a software limit); the TL-WDR4300 however does sport two independent radios, one for 2.4 GHz, one for 5 GHz which are both supported well with OpenWrt.
