(help) Step by step install on Aerohive AP121

Hello everyone.

I have an Aerohive AP 121 and I'm trying to install OpenWrt so that I can use it.
But looking throw the internet haven't found a comprehensible guide to install it.
I'm tech savvy and trying to get more knowledge on network management.
I only have the unit and the charger and can connect throw RJ47 to Windows, Mac, and Linux(VM).
