Help me router Linksys E2500 V2

I'm having problems with my Linksys E2500 router...
after I upgraded the Linksys E2500 V2 web to OpewnWRT, now my router doesn't work..

when I turn on my router, the lights are all on. and the Led light flashes 3 times and after that the light turns off and doesn't turn on... when I plug the lan cable from the router into the CPU the LAN light comes on... but I can't read the IP to enter the admin page...

can someone help me.. what happened to my roter.. thanks in advance

When you say you "can't read the IP", what do you mean? When you go to 192.168.1.1 in your browser, what do you see?

let's take it one step at a time, what operating system does the PC from where you try to access the router have?

Can you figure out if it gets an IP address from the router in question by connecting it directly to the router?

the commands to check which IP address it has are:

ipconfig /all (windows via cmd)

ifconfig or ip link (linux via terminal)

or:
