What happened to your servers? I cannot access Package list anymore

Package list:
http://downloads.lede-project.org/snapshots/packages/arm_cortex-a15_neon-vfpv4/base/Packages.gz

Is there an ongoing maintainance happening rigfht now?

Your firmware is outdated.
Upgrade to the latest stable release:
https://openwrt.org/releases/start

That fixed the problem, THANKS!

I did upgrage, apperanly I had 18.06.4 LEDE
Now I have 18.06.4 OpenWRT with working Package List
