Help creating Nftables tables

No no, no iptables. Just that you can classify packets in nftables (or iptables) or tc, whichever seems easier.
Dont set DSCP, set just meta priority, the DCSP will not make travel across internet better.

On WiFi by default CS1 is treated as lowest priority background traffic (AC_BK). Is that really how you want to treat HTTP and DNS traffic?

Mmmh, not sure SFQ is something with priorities... it aims to be flow-fair which in a sense is the opposit of using different priorities....

Probably substitute oifname to oif, because your rule does per-packet inspection, and you can make it lighter on CPU.
