Graph bandwidth to top external IP's

I installed Netlink Bandwidth Monitor and it's great. But it groups traffic by internal IP - i.e. a pie graph with a slice for each device on my LAN.

Is there something similar that instead groups traffic by external IP? I want to find out who the top destinations are that my devices are talking to.

Use case: There's a network camera that sends a feed to various outside users who connect to it from time to time, and I want to know who's hogging the traffic. (The external IP's and their reverse DNS lookups are sufficient to identify - I can see them on Status | Real Time Graphs | Connections but the data there is ephemeral).
