I have stability issues with my MT6000 running openwrt 24.10.2 (with adblock and dyndns&openvpn as luci addons). Recently, the router was not routing/responding on ethernet ports for roughly 30min. The log files indicated that the router was alive, but no error message was logged.
My main requirement ist stability, not performance. Any suggestions to maximize stability?
I had hardware offloading activated. I’ve now deactivated offloading (as well as wifi wed) completely. Hope this improves stability of ethernet.
Are there known (ethernet) stability issues with 24.10.2? I’m wondering if I should switch to the GI Net Firmware (4.8.2 seems to be the latest) to maximize (ethernet) stability? Or to pesa1234 custom build?
