Gl.Inet Ar-150 interfaces

I found an old Ar-150 in the dust, uploaded openwrt-24.10.3-ath79,

seems to work fine. Any particular reason th e WAN and LAN ports are swapped to respect to the

prints on the Box, meaning I had to change eth0 to eth1 and vice versa in etc/network/config.

Moreover where I should change the router webserver address from 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.8.1 as in the fatory Gl.Inet firmaware ?

You were editing the correct file earlier.

Did you clear factory configuration while installing? I dont see any eth0 or eth1 printed on the case.

Probably to please those who use PoE with LAN port.

It says WAN or LAN , but luci was exposed in WAN instead of LAN, not sure was Openwrt 18 or 24, yes I kept old config when flashing. Now seems fixed. Did flash everything with 24 something

The problem is that configs are ypgraded only one version, if you made a 7 year jump the only chance to make it work is to start from blank reset config.

So , don't know what was going on, which command shows which interface is connected, not just up and running but with an actual cable plugged in (talking about rj45 plug) to be sure I can assign eth0 and eth1 to one of the two labelling the box ( wan , lan) ? Need busybox command btw
