my hardware is vocore2 and while compilig, I got this error

Are you sure you're using OpenWrt from OpenWrt?

Last I checked, OpenWrt was running kernels in the 5.x range.

Vendor toolkits may have "OpenWrt" in them, but often are based on an older or ancient version and reference vendor-specific sources, blobs, tools, ... , which may be missing in their distributions. Such vendor toolkits are supported by the vendor and generally not by this community.

yeah, I'm sure I'm using the compatible version, later on, I replaced it with a backup .config file, and now its working. After changing some configurations only I got these errors.

If it's referencing kernel 4.14, it's not current. My guess is that you're not making sure everything is clean after making changes and that your .config file is consistent with the build tree. I have no idea where you're getting references to kernel 4.14.
