You are using a way outdated snapshot build which is refering to the old download url
http://downloads.openwrt.org/snapshots/trunk/x86/64/

New download url:
http://downloads.openwrt.org/snapshots/targets/x86/64/

You should update your OpenWrt installation to some recent release, i.e. 18.06.1 / 17.01.6.
