Hmm....have you tried yourself? I tried briefly but didn't work out.
I have two Asrock g10 routers. The LED configuration works well for me. OpenWrt 23.05, three LED colors - yellow, amber, blue. Possible options - always off/on, heartbeat, custom flash, network device activity. In my configuration they are disabled.

Simple as that....probably I checkmarked 'Default state' in the GUI in my first attempt.

Regarding the well visible front/top blue, amber, yellow LEDs stripes: Configurable kernel / log status, warnings, errors would be great.
